The United Kingdom Property Awards (and their counterparts, The International Property Awards) have been running for 26 years to acknowledge excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry – something we’re very passionate about ourselves.
An independent judging panel of industry experts scrutinised all aspects of our business including the structure, staff, services, marketing, social media and client feedback.
Director, Katie Hall, commented: “This has been such an exciting year for us at Premier Properties. We’re celebrating our 10th year of trading as an independent Perthshire business and winning this prestigious national award in the same year means so much to us!

Director, Alan Keddie, added: Katie and I launched the business from a kitchen table in 2009 on a shoestring budget with a huge amount of ambition. Ten years on, we’re one of the leading letting and estate agencies in the Perthshire area, employing 9 staff and able to compete with agencies the length and breadth of the country on the basis of our personal and forward-thinking service.”
Katie said: “Over the last decade, we’ve grown accustomed and adapted to constant changes in the estate and lettings agency sector, embracing new legislation, technology, innovation and best practice. However, we would not be where we are today without our extremely driven and passionate team who work tirelessly to ensure we deliver the best service possible to our clients and this award is for them too.”
Alan continues: “We believe that much of our success can be attributed to the reputation we have gained for truly putting the client first and providing trustworthy and honest advice. Winning this independently judged award validates the feedback we are receiving directly from our clients and publishing to our website. This is proof that it is worth taking the time to put yourself in your customer’s shoes and really focus on service if you want to build a long-lasting business.
