I thought it was great and a personal touch to welcome the business owners, Alan and Katie to the property for the initial consultation. Such a surprise, compared with dealing with other estate agencies who would have delegated this task to an employee. This demonstrated that they truly care about their customers.

The sale of the property was effectively carried out as an off-market deal, so very swift sale negating the requirement to advertise on the open market.

Excellent communication - every member of staff I dealt with prior to and during the selling process was polite, showed a genuine interest and was very professional.
