"I regularly listen to “The Scottish Property Podcast” and was impressed with the interview that Alan Keddie and Katie Hall gave. Due to the fact that I moved away from Perth some years ago, this gave me confidence in dealing with an Estate Agent in the Perth area.

I thought it was great and a personal touch to welcome the business owners, Alan and Katie to the property for the initial consultation. Such a surprise, compared with dealing with other estate agencies who would have delegated this task to an employee. This demonstrated that they truly care about their customers.

The sale of the property was effectively carried out as an off-market deal, so very swift sale negating the requirement to advertise on the open market.

Excellent communication - every member of staff I dealt with prior to and during the selling process was polite, showed a genuine interest and was very professional.

Prior to the property even making it to open market, a referral of a potential buyer was put forward a few days after the initial consultation, which then led to a sale!

The overall experience took the stress away from what was an upsetting time due to the property being my late mother’s house.
