Premier Properties Perth is absolutely delighted to announce the appointment of local property professional, Gary Robertson, as their Head of Estate Agency.
Directors, Alan Keddie and Katie Hall, have ambitious plans to grow the company. Alan explains: “This is a brand new role within Premier Properties, designed to strengthen our estate agency offering, realise our growth ambition and ensure we keep our focus firmly on our clients as we continue to develop the business.”
Gary has worked in the estate agency industry for 12 years, including senior roles in some of the largest estate agents in Scotland. Most recently, he headed up Clyde Property’s Perth operation and has an impressive track record: “We established Clyde as the market leader in the Perth area within a 3 year period from a standing start and I see no reason why that can’t be achieved at Premier Properties.”
Katie commented: “To be able to recruit such a high calibre local property professional that will bring such a huge amount to the business reflects how far we have come over the last couple of years and a testament to our reputation, not just from outside, but also inside the local estate agency industry.”
Gary has known Alan and Katie for a number of years: “I was always impressed by how they conducted their business and how approachable and honest they were, something I have always tried to apply during my own career. That stuck with me and when the chance for us to link up arose, it was something we were all very excited about. I have some ambitious plans for the company and it’s clear that there is a very good synergy between us and that we all have similar goals in mind.
Katie and Alan are really excited to have Gary as part of the team: “We have already made some big plans that are going to help us continue to increase our market share and enhance the service we provide. It is a huge positive for the business and a real sign of where we are at.”
2017 was a hugely successful year for Premier Properties. The agency won three customer service awards: the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Award for Excellence in Customer Service, the British Property Award Gold for Perth and Silver for Scotland.
