This is a prize draw run by Premier Properties Perth to win our full sales package for £0 Estate Agency Fees

Closing date is 31st July 2023 at 5 p.m.

  1. New clients who instruct PPP on or after the competition start date (enter date) will be automatically entered into the competition.
  2. The competition is open to individuals who have instructed PPP and whose properties are currently being marketed at the competition start date.
  3. The competition is not open to individuals who have instructed PPP and whose properties have sold and completed at the competition start date.
  4. If the winner has already instructed PPP and paid an estate agency fee, the fee will be refunded to the winner.
  5. Clients already signed-up with PPP and whose properties are currently being marketed on or after the competition start date will be automatically entered into the competition.
  6. The competition is open to individuals with properties to sell within the PH and KY postcode areas.
  7. Property must be listed with Premier Properties Perth by 31st July 2023.
  8. Legal and Home Report Fees are not included and must be paid separately by the winner.
  9. The prize is as described and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods
  10. The prize is non-transferable.
  11. By entering our competition we will store your data in order to contact you should you win.
  12. Competitions will be drawn at 5pm on the closing date noted
  13. Winners name will be drawn at random and this decision is final
  14. We will notify the winner by telephone.
  15. Should the winner fail to respond within 48 hours we will redraw the competition.

“My wife won the “Market your property for £10” competition that Premier Properties Perth ran in November 2019. Unfortunately lockdown hit us all just as we were going to put our house on the market so we were unable to take advantage of our prize as we did not think it was a good time to sell. We made the decision to sell last month and when we spoke to Alan and Katie they generously allowed us to use our prize despite it being quite a while since we won the competition. PPP arranged for photos and video of our property and it went on the market.
 
Just a week later we had sold our house for over the market value after setting a closing date. We were absolutely delighted with this and so grateful, it has meant so much to us as a family as we needed to get a bigger house for our children and now we are in the process of buying somewhere more suitable.
