Alan and Katie proudly collected the award at the glittering ceremony held at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square in London on 10th November.
The UK Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and acclaimed industry awards and are recognised as a mark of excellence for property professionals. Our business was scrutinized by an independent panel made up of more than eighty experts who focused on design, quality, service, innovation and originality. The awards have been designed to celebrate the very best in the property industry.

We are celebrating a double win this year, having also been crowned the “Gold Winning Estate Agency for Perth and Kinross” by the British Property Awards.
An independent panel of UK property experts mystery shopped 28 estate agents in Perth and Kinross against a set of 25 rigorous customer service criteria over different time periods. The panel shortlisted 3 agents to be included in a final mystery shopping survey and identified Premier Properties Perth as the “stand out” agent going the extra mile and providing outstanding levels of customer service to both buyers and sellers.
Our staff were considered extremely personable and rated highly in terms of local market knowledge, responsiveness and comprehension of the buying and selling process.

"We put our property on the market with Premier just prior to lockdown but subsequently withdrew it. We were very happy with how Alan handled the situation at that time as well as the marketing. We originally went to them through the recommendation of a mortgage consultant.
We loved the Facebook countdown! The photography and virtual tour were first class. The photographer obviously took a great pride in her work and the results spoke for themselves.
You contacted people who had shown an interest in similar properties and we actually had 3 viewings booked before it was released. Bartek did wonderfully well in convincing the buyer what to offer.
