Premier Properties Perth is an independent property lettings and sales agency based in Perth, covering central Scotland. Our highly skilled team of knowledgeable and professional staff go the extra mile to make the selling and renting process as hassle-free and simple as possible.

Established in 2009, both directors (Katie Hall and Alan Keddie) have years of experience letting their own property portfolios so really understand the needs of landlords and tenants and have extensive knowledge of the buying and selling process. They also have a proven track record in providing expert advice to investors.

Our team will do all the legwork for you from marketing the property and finding the perfect tenant to maximising your rental income and managing maintenance issues. The property portals are now the online shop window for buyers looking for a new home. Although our office is based in the centre of Perth, we do not have an expensive High Street location, so our overheads are lower, therefore, our fees are lower. However, we offer exactly the same services as High Street agents and get your property on the major portals at a fraction of the cost.
