Job Vacancy – Property Manager

Premier Properties Perth are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager to work in our busy lettings team based in our Perth branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our professional and friendly team. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process ensuring you go above and beyond on behalf of our clients.

Arranging viewings/carrying out viewings, providing feedback to landlords, handling phone, email and in-person enquiries, advertising rental properties/updating social media channels, updating potential tenants on their applications, carrying out property inspections, property inventories and tenant check out visits. Dealing with property maintenance.

Current or previous experience in the property industry would be preferred but is not essential. A full clean driving licence, good level of IT skills and a team player with the enthusiasm to always do a high-quality job.

This post is a permanent full-time contract, with a 9am-3pm Saturday on a rota basis and the occasional evening.

I was met by a young girl called Olivia who showed my Grandson and myself round . Spoke to my Grandson about football he was delighted. . The property was lovely but just s bit small for what we needed. Olivia then told us about property in Abernethy which might suit us . I was absolutely so impressed by this young lady, who went out of her way to help us. She is certainly a great ambassador for Premier properties made me feel i wouldn't want to deal with any other property agency . So thank you Olivia for your kindness, help and advice.
