We actually had two houses to sell, my mothers and our own. My mother’s house was up for sale with another estate agent but things just went a bit wrong there and we were very disappointed with the way they were handling the sale of the property, so we decided to change to PPP.
When my own house was going up for sale we stuck with PPP and everything was perfect. We were so happy with the way our house and my mother’s house was presented. We were very happy with the pictures, the advertising in social media and the way the sales team went about the sale of both properties.
This was night and day from the previous estate agent we used for my mums property. Both the houses were sold but the sales team asked questions about the houses, the area etc so they had a bit of history on the properties which made it feel a bit more personal and they then had that information to pass that on to prospective buyers.

PPP seemed to be a very popular estate agent. Used a different estate agency in the previous year of trying to sell the house, with disappointing results and outcome.
All the marketing materials used were of an excellent standard. The photos and video were especially good. All the staff were friendly, approachable and professional. I had no hesitation in contacting them when necessary.
No real problems experienced. My only comment was that initially several of the potential buyers who came to view my property were in the very early stages of selling their own houses. However, I understand that this was reflective of the market situation at the time.
More positive compared to my previous experience of trying to sell the house. Would recommend. The whole process was conducted very efficiently. Once I had decided to sell, the marketing happened very quickly.
