Having recently moved the management of my property to them, I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, communication and attention to detail from the very beginning. Murray has been fantastic, prompt, helpful and transparent throughout, always keeping me informed and taking the time to explain everything clearly. They have made what could have been a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. After experiencing a number of difficulties, miscommunication and frustrations with my previous management company, dealing with Premier Properties Perth has been a breath of fresh air. I was met by a young girl called Olivia who showed my Grandson and myself round . Spoke to my Grandson about football he was delighted. . The property was lovely but just s bit small for what we needed. Olivia then told us about property in Abernethy which might suit us . I was absolutely so impressed by this young lady, who went out of her way to help us. She is certainly a great ambassador for Premier properties made me feel i wouldn't want to deal with any other property agency . So thank you Olivia for your kindness, help and advice. Well marketed with excellent, true-to-life photos and video. Excellent customer service with on-going communication with the same agent who was knowledgeable about the current market and able to offer sensible advice. He also listened to any requests made and agreed to them, taking our wishes into consideration at all times. We were kept completely informed of the progress of the sale and all missed phone calls were quickly returned.

I chose to let my property through Premier Properties Perth because I had a bad experience with another Estate Agent and realised I knew a member of staff at PPP. I contacted Laura Harris she talked me through everything & PPP took over the marketing of letting our property. We thought the marketing of our property was great and we would never have thought of having a video done. In addition, the customer service we received was excellent. The team were always very helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem.

The communication we received throughout the process was great and we were kept up to date regularly by phone and email. The knowledge and skills of the lettings staff were excellent, and Laura guided us through the whole process, for example the checks that needed to be done.

Overall, I would summarise the experience as 5 stars. I would most definitely recommend Premier Properties Perth to others because they are very efficient and professional.
