Premier Properties Perth has once again triumphed in the British Property Awards. The company has been named the best letting agency in Perth and Kinross for the fourth time.

Beating stiff competition from other agencies across the area, the British Property Awards said the Premier Properties team “performed outstandingly” throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels.

The judging panel conducted a series of mystery shopping surveys over several months to independently appraise letting agents throughout the area against a set of 25 criteria. The criteria assessed service indicators such as speed of responsiveness, willingness to assist, breadth of local knowledge, phone manner and response tailoring from the point of view of both landlords and tenants.

Robert McLean, a British Property Awards spokesman, said: “Our mission is to provide a useful award for the consumer on a local level, highlighting excellence within their town. Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with our accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to their local marketplace.”

I was met by a young girl called Olivia who showed my Grandson and myself round . Spoke to my Grandson about football he was delighted. . The property was lovely but just s bit small for what we needed. Olivia then told us about property in Abernethy which might suit us . I was absolutely so impressed by this young lady, who went out of her way to help us. She is certainly a great ambassador for Premier properties made me feel i wouldn't want to deal with any other property agency . So thank you Olivia for your kindness, help and advice.
