Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Premier Properties helped us through a smooth property sale organised by Eleze and the team. The team kept us updated throughout the process and advised us really clearly from the initial property view through to the final sale. I would recommend Premier Properties to any future sellers/buyers, and won’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks again!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Premier Properties Perth highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend this management company to other landlords.

Having recently moved the management of my property to them, I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, communication and attention to detail from the very beginning.

Murray has been fantastic, prompt, helpful and transparent throughout, always keeping me informed and taking the time to explain everything clearly. They have made what could have been a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.

After experiencing a number of difficulties, miscommunication and frustrations with my previous management company, dealing with Premier Properties Perth has been a breath of fresh air. The difference in service has been remarkable, and I now feel confident that my property is in good hands.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I viewed a house in Balbeggie to rent last Thursday. I was met by a young girl called Olivia who showed my Grandson and myself round . Spoke to my Grandson about football he was delighted. . The property was lovely but just s bit small for what we needed. Olivia then told us about property in Abernethy which might suit us . I was absolutely so impressed by this young lady, who went out of her way to help us.
She is certainly a great ambassador for Premier properties made me feel i wouldn't want to deal with any other property agency .
So thank you Olivia for your kindness, help and advice.
And to Premier Property bosses i hope you appreciate the excellent staff you have.
Many thanks

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service! I was required to sell a domestic property due to a bereavement but was unable to be at the location due to a medical condition. Premier Properties were more than helpful, providing a professional, friendly service. I was guided through the process with the minimum of fuss. Any issues were dealt with promptly and the property was sold after a very short period of time.I would recommend this company to anyone with property to buy or sell and would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you to all at Premier Properties!
