Winners of the British Property Lettings Award – Silver for Scotland 2018-19

This is the fourth British Property Award the company has achieved in the past year, having won 2 regional Gold Awards (for Best Lettings Agency 2018-19 and Best Estate Agency in Perth and Kinross 2018) and a national Gold Award for Best Estate Agent in Scotland 2018.

The British Property Awards

The British Property Awards were created by a dedicated team of property experts who believe that the industry is unfairly judged by some consumers, due to the shortcomings of some agents.  These Awards are one the most inclusive in the industry as there is no nomination process or charge to enter and the process is completely impartial.  Their mission is:

“to provide a useful award for the consumer on a local level, highlighting excellence within their town, an award that can be trusted and used as part of their decision-making process.”

Measured against some of the Biggest Agencies in Scotland

Around 300 letting agencies across Scotland were mystery shopped during the initial round of judging for 2018-19.  Agents were independently judged against a set of 25 stringent criteria (some of which landlords and tenants do not necessarily experience) and evaluated across a range of mediums, scenarios and time periods.  The Premier Properties team performed outstandingly during the regional round and were awarded Letting Agent Gold for the Perth and Kinross Area.

At the start of the year, Premier Properties was one of 12 agencies put forward for a national award and have just won Silver for Scotland.
