We are absolutely thrilled to have won the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Award for Excellence in Customer Service 2017.

Winning Perthshire’s most prestigious business award is a fantastic way to end what has been an amazing year for us at Premier Properties Perth.  The Star Award is the third customer service award we have received, having been awarded the British Property Awards Gold for Perth and Silver for Scotland earlier in the year.

Winning these awards demonstrates our commitment to delivering outstanding levels of customer service and going the extra mile for our clients.  In a competitive market, we have built our entire business around putting our clients at the heart of everything we do.  Our business is all about people – talking to people, understanding their situations and providing tailored property solutions based on our expertise and knowledge of the market.  Receiving the coveted Star Award is a huge honour and reward for our efforts to provide a refreshing, personal and local approach to letting and estate agency.

The judging process for Perthshire’s definitive business award was no mean feat.  It involved a written application and an interview by a judging panel consisting of top local business professionals.  We had to demonstrate our commitment to delivering excellence in customer service that generates positive, measurable and repeat business.

As an owner-led agency, we are passionate about what we do and strive to build strong, long-lasting, relationships with our clients.  We instil this ethos in our committed and highly skilled team of staff and have put in place processes to ensure that our customer service levels are consistent at every touchpoint in the client journey.  We ask all our clients for feedback and use this to identify areas where we can make improvements and continually enhance our customer service strategy.  62% of our business comes from referrals and recommendations and every single client who has provided us with feedback has stated that they would recommend our business to others.
