We are delighted to have received more exciting news from the people at the British Property Awards that our lettings team have won their gold award for Perth & Kinross. All agents and solicitors across the area were mystery shopped and judged across an extensive range of lettings-based criteria across different methods and media and we are thrilled to have been named the winners.
With two major successes in the BPA’s estate agency categories earlier in the year, this makes it a hat-trick of accolades and clean sweep for the team here at PPP.
Director Alan Keddie: “2018 has been a hugely successful and exciting year for the company in terms of growth, major investments, strategic appointments and award recognitions. We firmly believe our success can be attributed to consistently delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding the expectations of our clients.”
Head of Lettings, Murray Hall: “Winning the award was a real team effort and was only made possible by the fantastic team we have in place. The judging criteria looked at a number of things such as how quickly we responded to enquiries via email and phone, out of hours response times, how we tailored our responses to each individual enquiry, did we attempt to overcome any objections and even down to the grammar and punctuation used in emails.”
Director Katie Hall: “Every member of our lettings team have played an important part in ensuring this side of the business has continued to grow and I am delighted that their hard work and dedication has been recognised with this award. Murray, Laura, Ashleigh and Hannah should all be very proud and are an integral part of the long-term future of the company.”
The company has also put our lettings team through an extensive training programme. Alan explains: “There have been many changes recently to the legislation affecting landlords and letting agents must now be fully registered and qualified. We have invested heavily in a comprehensive staff training programme to make sure we are providing our landlords with the best advice in line with all the changes and updates.”
Since the company let our first property from a workspace at a kitchen table back in 2009, Premier Properties has gone from strength to strength. According to Rightmove, the UK’s largest property portal, their comprehensive data shows we have let 115 properties in the Perth area this year so far (over 50% more than our nearest competitor) and command 30% of the overall lettings market in the same PH1 and PH2 postcode area.
