Premier Properties Perth are thrilled to announce that we have received the fantastic news that we have been named ‘Best Estate Agency in Scotland’ by the British Property Awards for 2018.
This major success follows on from us winning the local Gold award for Perth & Kinross, which then saw us progress through to the national awards where we have secured the top prize as the highest performing estate agent or solicitor firm across a wide range of criteria. It is also the first time that a Perth-based company has secured first place within these awards.
Director, Alan Keddie: “Earlier in the year, all estate agents and solicitor firms were mystery shopped unless they specifically requested not to be. The process was a very thorough and extensive one across a number of different criteria such as response times during working hours, out of hours, tailoring to email replies, how effectively calls were answered, and so much more even down to the smallest details like looking for grammatical errors in any replies or marketing materials.”
Director, Katie Hall: “The process was completely impartial and is not the kind of awards that we had to nominate ourselves for, pay for or be part of a members club to be considered for. It was entirely independent and put us directly up against all of our competitors in our local area, which makes it all the more impressive and relevant to people in the Perth area who may be thinking of moving. Because we won Gold for our local area, Perth & Kinross, we were then put forward for the National awards, where we were measured against some of the biggest names in the property industry. This made it even more pleasing when we received the news.”

Premier Properties Perth have also been shortlisted for two awards at The Courier Business Awards on the 27th of October – ‘Small business of the year’ and ‘Service business of the year’.
