We are celebrating a double win this year, having also been crowned the “Gold Winning Estate Agency for Perth and Kinross” by the British Property Awards.
An independent panel of UK property experts mystery shopped 28 estate agents in Perth and Kinross against a set of 25 rigorous customer service criteria over different time periods. The panel shortlisted 3 agents to be included in a final mystery shopping survey and identified Premier Properties Perth as the “stand out” agent going the extra mile and providing outstanding levels of customer service to both buyers and sellers.
Our staff were considered extremely personable and rated highly in terms of local market knowledge, responsiveness and comprehension of the buying and selling process.
