We are delighted that the experience and professionalism of our lettings team have been recognised at a national level.  Having scooped the Gold Award for Perth and Kinross earlier in the year, the team beat stiff competition from lettings agencies across the country to be named the Gold winner for Scotland in the British Property Awards 2019-2020.

An independent judging panel reviewed and assessed letting agents across the country against a set of stringent criteria such as speed of responsiveness, local and industry knowledge, enquiry management and response tailoring from the point of view of both landlords and tenants.  The awards recognise outstanding levels of customer service.

"PPP seemed to be a very popular estate agent. Used a different estate agency in the previous year of trying to sell the house, with disappointing results and outcome.

All the marketing materials used were of an excellent standard. The photos and video were especially good.  All the staff were friendly, approachable and professional.  I had no hesitation in contacting them when necessary.

No real problems experienced. My only comment was that initially several of the potential buyers who came to view my property were in the very early stages of selling their own houses.  However, I understand that this was reflective of the market situation at the time.
