We will promote your property via our fully mobile responsive website so your listing is easy to view on all smartphones and tablets. We are also BIG on social media and will market your property via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram  where we have hundreds of engaged followers interacting with us every day.  Many of these people are looking to buy property in this area and our social media channels enable us to promote new properties to them immediately.  Also, a large part of our marketing budget is spent on promoting new properties to people who are using these channels on a daily basis and are looking to buy property (but are not necessarily following us).  This paid-for marketing is included in the fixed fee of £995.  We will also use our database of buyers and local networking contacts to find you a buyer.
