Director Katie Hall says: “We know that selling or letting a property can seem like a daunting process, so we have set-up an Open Day where anyone can drop into our King Street Office and we will be on hand to chat about all things property-related in a relaxed environment.  Spring is the perfect time to think about making a move.   Brighter weather, longer days and gardens coming into bloom means properties can be presented at their best and people are more enthusiastic about getting outside and looking at homes.  Also, buyers often time their move to coincide with the end of the school year which increases competition for available properties and can push up prices.”
